Laser Cutting

Our precision CNC laser can handle material sizes up to 60" X 120" and .75" thick, depending on the alloy. It will hold an impressive .005" tolerance, ensuring accurate results throughout the job.

Forming

We have multiple press brakes with up to 10' length and 160 tons of downforce. Our journeyman press brake operators can hold a 0.01" tolerance in length and keep angles within .5° every time.

CNC Turret Punch Press

Our CNC punch can handle material sizes up to 50" X 72" and .250" thick, depending on the alloy and can hold an impressive .005" tolerance, ensuring accurate results. The punch is excellent for countersinks, louvers, part marking, embossing, and any custom tools to fit your application.

Vertical Miter Band Saw

The vertical band saw combines the advantages of a circular cold saw with the speed of an abrasive saw, and the capacity of a traditional band saw. Its cutting accuracy and squareness, large capacity, and pivoting saw head are ideal for a wide range of cutting applications.
